While a great responsive seller, the item arrived a week late, and only started moving through the postal system after I reached out to the seller on the expected arrival date when nothing came. Still unclear what caused the delay, but package was delayed nonetheless. To her credit, she immediately refunded shipping cost. Then came the matter of the item being wrong. Requested a personalized date that she got wrong, so as expected, she shipped out another item. Except this time the same happened as with the first package where it wasn’t moving for two days until I reached back out to the seller to request that she follow up with the post office. Seller is prompt, kind, and communicative, but more work is needed on ensuring the order is correct (especially when it’s an anniversary gift) and ships in a timely manner (late x2).
