Quality wasn't great but the customer service was awful. I sent a picture of the dish that was clearly either defective or sub-standard quality. The bunny's ear rinsed off with cold water. I asked for a replacement but the seller went on and on about how I was lying. I finally said she can keep her replacement because sellers should never talk to buyers that way...ever.
