Super cute cup. My daughter loves it. Rating as a 3 because the straw we received was so short it fell down into the cup. On further inspection, appears it was broken and we didn’t have a full straw. Contacted seller and we were supposed to receive a replacement. We did not receive it.

Item was fantastic and recipient appeared to like it! However, shipping took longer than what was advertised and nearly didn’t make it on time even though it was suppose to arrive days before I was to gift it. Shipping wasn’t free so I expected it on a timely manner so that was disappointing. No refunds or exchanges so it added stress if it wouldn’t have arrived on time.
