The cup shipped quickly but arrived with a broken straw, which unfortunately also scratched up the cup. I messaged the seller on a Saturday late afternoon and before I could even submit all of the pictures she replied and assured me a new one would be in the mail Monday. The new cup arrived yesterday and is so cute I can’t wait to give it to my friend. This sellers quick response and customer service was phenomenal and if I need anything in the future I would definitely buy from her again.
